Second, if the technology of firearms is irrelevant, why aren't we able to purchase fully automatic rifles and bazookas? Rock Creek Park is full of deer and I really feel like I need my own bazooka to kill a few of them. Why can't I buy one? that's not how it works. First of all, they are not stupid enough to come get you in your house. They will come get you at your place of work. But if you get arrested for another crime, and then they find the gun, they increase the sentence and take away the gun.
