Despite the hate on here, we couldn't be happier with our mini golden doodle. Smart, no shedding, very social and lovable, perfectly behaved. Couldn't ask for more.

St. Bernard - loving, loyal, obedient, and smart. Biggest drawback is the drool (the struggle is real!). Wish I could clone our 10 year old girl who passed last year.

Miniature schnauzer.
I love the sparkle in their eyes and how spunky they are.

I’ve had four: poodle amazing but very smart and barks
Doberman: best dog ever but big and scares people. Also so smart they are like a person
Greyhound: easiest dog ever. They are carefully chosen by the rescue groups for great personalities
Corgi: welsh pembroke so smart. So easy to train. Very loving. Mine is a couch potato so that suits me at this point in life. Excellent dog.

Sheepadoodle. No shedding, loving, smart, beautiful, wonderful with children, even temperament, active but not hyperactive.

Boston Terrier. Very goofy, playful, small but robust, and cuddly.

I love my fox red, work line lab. But I will not get another puppy again no matter how cute they look.

I love Chinese Cresteds. I got my first one without knowing much, but now I'm hooked and can't imagine ever not having one. They're incredibly loyal, loving, lap dogs. They also don't shed, produce very little dander, don't drool, and smell better than any dog I've ever had or been around. My current one is 14 lbs, small enough to pick up, but sturdy enough I don't worry about him jumping off furniture and breaking a leg.

Yes. Doesn’t shed, doesn’t cuddle, protective, and crazy smart. Training requires patience.

Most of them are so wonderful.
I love labs and goldens.

My maltipoo is perfect for me. She's whip-smart, funny, doesn't shed, doesn't smell, and still looks like a puppy at age five. She's a demanding little diva, but I've enabled that, so I can't complain. And I really love her sass.

Anonymous wrote:23:16 again. Forgot to say: Samoyeds don't stink either, or drool much. They are very clean. They do have to be groomed regularly, with a comb and brush and also a dog-blower. When I used the dog-blower during his shedding period, it looks likes it's snowing. Outside use only

+1! We love our sammies and have turned our entire extended family on to them. They are hilarious, sassy, friendly, sparkly dogs. Independent minded but also totally trainable if you put in the work (and it feels so rewarding when they listen!). The grooming is above average but not as much as people imagine given how gorgeous they are. And no dog smell is a total gamechanger for me.

Coonhounds all the way. I’ll never have a dog that’s not a hound.
