Just because you don't like what someone says doesn't mean is it not credible. People walk away from deposits all the time.
Not if you pay in full, i.e. don't finance tuition. They'd have to sue to recover it and at best that would be some ugly PR for a school that is already struggling financially.

Why didn’t the cops charge him then?
Police charge who they want to charge. We’ve all witnessed countless murders recorded on video committed by other police officers and no police ever charges them. Sometimes they are not charged at all.
Not in domestic cases. Cops are quick to arrest if there are injuries.
BS. I was once arrested when a guy called a cop he was friends with and claimed I assaulted him without any evidence other than a false statement which is unheard of.
The officer filed the charges. The accuser didn’t even swear any affidavit. Fortunately an unbiased judge found me not guilty at a trial
And this was in Fairfax County
Exactly in domestic cases cops are quick to arrest.
But they didn’t in this case, hmm.
They arrest who they want
The head of security is a former PG county police chief. He gets the heads up from the local cops whenever something is about to go down.
