Uh, no. I just pulled the 2018 annual report, and of $423 million, only 33 million was on gun safety/education programs. That's only 7.8% Source: 2018 Annual Report, Page 9

Why should we trust liars? They can fudge the numbers. Look at Trump. He did the same with his tax returns.
