Agreed. I’m south Asian and follow Bollywood. Rekha was never known as a beauty. She was always seen as attractive or sexy but not drop dead gorgeous.

What a call Mini Mouse look, and that is exactly what you are judging this woman on. White beauty standard. You are applying Orientalism to define beauty. Let's talk about real Indian beauty, not Indian women that look white hence are beautiful.
This is a valid point. However saying Aish is beautiful doesn’t take away from other Indian women being beautiful. What I personally find striking about her looks is the combination of sheer symmetry and elegant refinement of each of her features. The big green eyes with dark skin and black hair is striking and unique. So I’m not sure it is racist, just she is objectively a unique beauty.
Adriana Lima also has big green eyes as someone posted earlier. But her features don’t nearly come together in such a gorgeous way as Aish’s do.

Still a striking beauty.
Not aging well at all. She looks a lot older than she is.
I think she is aging naturally and beautifully.
If you think anyone in Bollywood is aging naturally I have several bridges to sell you.![]()
