The girl had a particularly difficult teenage period and I to her early 20s. She battles depression, picks loser men over and over. It’s a really horrible thing for any family to go through, but I always thought it must be heartbreaking to know half of your dna is a murderer if that makes sense.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Poor child.
I keep thinking about this. Bad enough to lose a parent, but to have the other one be responsible? That kid is going to need tons of therapy.

Anonymous wrote:Omg. So so sad. They don’t think she’s alive. So many crazies in the world.
Anonymous wrote:The thing I kept coming back to on this was that the guy would not meet with the police in person. He did any communicating with them through an attorney. They apparently had asked him several times to come in for an interview and he wouldn't.

Reminds me of that case where the dad claimed he was snow camping with the 2 young boys, while the mom disappeared. Never found the mom. Months later, one of the boys started talking and said the mom was in the trunk of the car when they went 'snow camping'. So Dad blew up the house with himself and kids inside. Can't remember what state but it was out west. Oregon maybe.
Susan Powell. I'm not even typing out the husband's/dad's name here. Listened to the story on a podcast, it was so rough. If I recall a social worker was outside trying to pick up the boys for visitation and heard/saw the whole thing.
