Spirit and FCV will have to make what they have work. For FCV, that is not much.

Then for Spirit it is even less, just saying At least FCV can turn to their older DA teams and say "look what you can become" What does Spirit say "look at what loosing looks like, better get used to it, but hey we are developing you "

Actually, Spirit’s senior DA team is doing pretty well after only a little over a year of developing together, but carry on with your FCV nonsense

They are 2-1 this year, loosing to FCV who is 4-0. In fact, they are the only Spirit team that has won a game. But carry on with your Spirit Kool Aid drinking, keep believing that it is not about the wins, it is about the development. At some point development turns in to wins or the "developers" are not doing their job or the "developees" are just not that good, you pick.

If 1-2 left, and somehow thought Arl or WS --- FCV too far and has a bad rep already from the encl days --- somehow better programs, it wouldn't be a problem. but those clubs are struggling, so i don't see top 3 moving. the thought is maybe a few come in from nearby to strengthen. lower players would move to reserves on larger roster, so on and so forth. not every GFR or Arl girl wants to start DA a year earlier then normal in this pilot program. just not necessary.
