My definition of academy is that you have a pool of girls that train together during the week. Games rosters are based on performance and tiered based on the pool size vs. the number of teams. But my definition would carry that a club has multiple teams available up to the point they don't have the interest to fill out multiple teams.

The do pay the same amount! It’s academy style set up of over 30 girls.
What does that mean exactly? 30 on the same team? How do they manage games and rosters?
They have a composite team and an ECNL team. Days before the Weekend that they have games the manager sends out a roster of who’s playing on which team. I’m not sure how the coach decides on which player plays up on the ECNL, but guessing it’s decided from practices.
Are players truly moved around, or is it pretty static?
The coach is truly trying to build a strong ECNL team. He has anout 9 girls out of 14 or 15 that stay on the ECNL and don’t move. Considerably his best players. He moves around the rest of the roster giving girls opportunities to see who fits and works well with the ECNL girls. Personally I’m hoping the team clicks soon. Such a talented bunch of players!
I think that's a fair way to give the bubble players a shot. Such a large group though, I can imagine it would be hard to break through if the rest are about the same in skill and abilities net-net.
My understanding is that not every player has seen time in an ECNL game. It is a lot of players, but BRYC needs those extra players to help pay the bills.
