I will hate on BSC all day but objectively speaking they may have just poached two of Unions best coaches and NM is super connected with colleges. With the talent already there and the talent that NM will poach from Union, they could have some special teams POTENTIALLY... though they will find some way to F it up I'm sure
So now NM is credited with College connections rather than CW? I think you need to re-evaluate. Union players are already committed next year knowing that NM was not going to be the coach. It would help bring in talent from MD and GA clubs however. We’ll see.
Has CW even coached an older team in like the last ten years?

Sure, if parents continue to believe that their daughters’ recruiting prospects are so important that it’s worth them being screamed at and sworn at and had water bottles thrown at week after week under the guise that this is preparing them for what college coaches are like. More and more parents are opening their eyes and realizing just how far things have gone away from this being a game and an outlet to promote good mental and physical health, not destroy it.

There is clearly an issue on the older girls side and I can’t blame BSC for this as it sounds like they have external factors not in their control. But as the girls get older, the team makeup and coaches get more and more important. There is a ton of rumored churn and turnover and it is ridiculously stressful for kids who put all their extra time into soccer. So not a troll, yes website access which is public anyway, and yes pretty cranky about this.
+1 except I fully DO blame BSC for the problems with the older girls. If they had coaches who cared and knew how to work with those age groups instead of being verbally abusive bullies, there would be less turnover.
