You lie in order to get a job, mess up badly in the job, make a bunch of trouble when she fires you, the issues involve her children, she's simply reporting the truth to try to warn other people about your character so they don't make the same mistake, and.... you're looking for sympathy from us? Seriously? You know this is a parenting website, right?
It sounds like what she's doing is giving you an honest review, and making it public. She is absolutely allowed to do that. She's actually allowed to do that even WITHOUT proof, if she prefaces the thing saying it's her experience and her opinion and has any reasonable reasons to write what she wrote. But with proof? And now you're seriously thinking about trying to make up some random lies about her to try to coerce her into taking down her TRUTHFUL account of her experience with your services? That will be the next thing on her page about you, and I'm sure employers will love to read about that latest installment in your lack of personal character.
There's nothing you can do. Nothing. Except maybe try to use the experience to be a better person. Maybe one day in a few years when you've genuinely changed, you can write her a heartfelt apology. And maybe she'll take pity on you and take it down. But newsflash: you're a long way from that point, since there's no actual remorse from your side at all and only vile entitlement.
SHM.
Mostly agree. Op doesn’t sound remorseful of what she did to those kids. Frankly, she does sound a bit too vengeful but it’s no joke to mess with the health safety or well being of a child. That’s why she’s still mad. I hired a 23 y/o nanny. One year in I found out she routinely left my toddler in the car at the preschool by himself when taking in my preschooler into the classroom. Only a few min each time, but it was the summer and she kept all windows closed. I was shocked when this came to light. You bet I fired her.?

This is why we can’t have nice things.
I think it was the PP who thinks she knows her. Sure sounds like the same person!

I agree with a poster way earlier in the thread that you could create your own website explaining yourself and how you have realized your errors and have grown since, etc.
You could also contact the former employer, apologize, and explain how you have changed your ways and ask them to take their website down.
I would not create a website saying negative things about your employer.
When will people on this site learn what free speech is?
PP you quoted. Please enlighten me.
NP here. I *think* what the PP was saying is that the right to free speech is the right to not be jailed or otherwise impinged upon by the government by what you say. It has nothing to do with other people not giving you the opportunity to speak, but the government. In Hong Kong this week a candidate for political office was arrested so he couldn't speak out - if that happened here that would be a denial of free speech.
