Do they not think that there are millions of people in the world who want that and get denied routinely? That dude in China or India goes in for an interview at the embassy when he applies for a visa -- if the consular officer thinks his major in underwater petroleum engineering is unmarketable and he could become a drain on society; or gets the hint he's seeking a visa so that in 10 years he can bring in 12 more members of his family; or the consular officer is having a bad day and wants to deny the guy bc he's ugly -- gets what, he's denied and that's the end of the discussion. Did you read the linked USA Today article? There are 3.6m Dreamers in the United States - far more than previously understood. DACA only covers people of a certain age brought over in a certain time period who registered.

The dad recently deported from Michigan is a Dreamer - he was brought to the United States by his parents one year too early to qualify for DACA. He's a Dreamer, just like the DACA kids:
