Emmanuel Mensah was an immigrant. And a better quality person than almost all nativists. He was immigrant from Ghana who came to America six years ago and recently graduated from Army Basic Training who died helping people escape from the apartment fireman the Bronx. Pretty darn good English for an “immigrant.” I work with immigrants every day and this is the best immigrant English I have ever seen except for native speakers. Even my German sister in law who went to college he and has been here for thirty years can’t write this well.

I am an immigrant and I have seen the exact same behavior in my community. This makes me so mad and wants to be a Trump supporter(I might even vote Republican in 2018). But immigrants abusing the system and people who are already living here abusing the system is completely different. How is it fair that an immigrant who has been here for less than 5 years brings his or her parents to milk the Medicare system. I may have the chronology wrong but the abuse is real.

Can I at least can unilateral support from both sides that this abuse has to be stopped? We cannot let immigrants benefit from the system unless they pay for it simple!

What is there to report and who do you call. What, do I call medicare and say "Hi, my uncle who is 80 years old and an American citizen should not be getting Medicare because he never worked here." That's not going to work.

I also have relatives who are holding assets abroad but taking in social security disability benefits as well as Medicaid. This is actually fraudulent, but I hesitate to report it and don't know who to report it to or even if you did report it, how do I know how much in assets they have or where they're hiding them? I just know they have a shitload of money in a foreign bank but they aren't reporting any of it here.

Further, why should MY relatives get in trouble when I know that there are possibly millions of other people doing the same thing?

So true. Whenever liberals are presented with the negative impact of their crazy policies, they resort to calling it BS.

The next time one of them tells me about the poor retiree living off SS and getting a tax hike (people living off SS don't pay taxes anyway), I'm just going to call BS. It's so much easier to call someone a liar than actually debate with content and rational argument.

If this is all true and there is such widespread and rampant fraud then why isn't any of it ever being reported?

DP... and why doesn't Trump demand that any organization/agency and US companies supported by US tax dollars only hire Americans and not visa holders? Oh wait, that would mean Trump's own companies would have to stop hiring h2b visa workers. Being a "smart" business man, he probably knows that using visa workers is smart business practice.

Its not abuse, its all legal.

Is it morally right, or was that the intent of the programs? Probably not.

What I would do, would be to define all public assistance to be ineligible, and not just cash payments.
