+1. Did you see that one of the Texas heroes, Willeford, is a member of the NRA and worked as a NRA instructor. A lot of people don't bother to learn the good that the NRA does.

She's the 2nd biggest recipient of NRA money, and the sum total of it wouldn't even buy a 10-year-old Subaru Outback.
That's awesome.
Right?!?!?!
I always thought the NRA gave like millions of dollars to politicians. As in, EACH politician, got millions!
Now I find out the MOST they hand out won't even pay for a 20-guest wedding?!?!?! Hahahahaha!!!
There's no all-powerful gun lobby! Hell, the ABA and AMA give 50x what the NRA does!

Some of us were undecided before. After reading this childish display of picking, picking, picking for an election that is 13 months away, I am definitely voting for Comstock.
Apparently you haven't heard anything out of Trump's mouth, ever.
Apparently, you don't understand why many of us were pushed to vote for Trump. Hint: it has to do with the same sanctimonious, self-righteous liberals seen on this very thread. Pushed us right over the edge, and will likely do it again in future elections. The learning curve is steep with you people, isn't it?
You chose to vote for him. No one "pushed" you into it. Own your choice.
Also "many of us" (DC Urban moms) certainly did not vote for him. He got about 2 votes in DC.
Get out of your bubble. I'm in NoVA and *plenty* of reasonable people voted for him. And I absolutely own my choice. That doesn't mean that many of us weren't pushed into it by the attitudes of sanctimonious liberals such as yourself. You were just so sure he would lose the election, weren't you? Where did that get you?
Exactly pp's point. You chose to vote for Trump. Own it. Stop blaming your bad choices on other people.
Ahahha, the SANCTIMONIOUS LIBERALS poster is back.
Kind of like the "NAZI! RACIST! MISOGYNIST!" posters? The difference is, "sanctimonious liberals" is actually accurate.
Ahahahaha you said it again. Did you go to the same college as DeVos? Or any college, for that matter?

+ 1. And due to the liberal haters on this thread I'm voting for her even if it is a year off.

Maybe by McLean standards?
I can assure you that the home in what I thought was her neighborhood is NOT what I would call average in any sense of the word. Was it an estate? No, but it was the nicest house I have been to this in this area.
So, do you feel similarly about the homes of Democratic politicians? How about the Obamas' home(s)? Clintons? Any number of local Democrats? Or is it just when a Republican has a nice home, they're a target?
Its only an issue in this thread b/c Barbara's friend brought it up, claiming her home was "modest".
By McLean standards, it is. Why do you care so very much?

Take a little "personal responsibility".
Already said I "own" my choice. Can you people not read? And btw - a liberal preaching about "personal responsibility" is so very rich.![]()
