Not that it's a guarantee but I was married to a woman about your size and she looked good, had a great ass and no she was not fat. You might like the way you look and feel more if you lost 10 to 15 but anything more than that I believe would be too much.

I'm 49, and i am not invisible at all. Many women around here who are fifty really look 35 thanks to working out, personal trainers, and lots of "work."

You're not thin, but 130 might look really nice. Google says you have the same height and weight as the AT&T girl, who has lots of fans.

I'm the same height and weight, and also hover between a 4 and a 6. But I workout. I feel fit and strong and capable.

But your face probably tells a different story and you probably look every bit of 50 and then some. I'm sorry but I'm being honest. Thin women who are over the hill look OLD in the face. Like that actress once said there comes a time in a woman's life when she must choose between her face and her back side. I will choose my face when that time comes. Not there yet. I'm only 30.


I disagree. If the 50 year old has been fit her whole life, her face is likely lovely.


My mom, 70, has always been fit and she looks fantastic. She's not OLD looking in the face at all. I mean, appropriately old, but not aged or wrinkly.

There is a difference between being fat and overweight and it has nothing to do with pounds. My DH is overweight but works hard to be healthy and fit. She's smart, generous and a ton of fun. To me a fat person is simply that - fat.
