It's Ajinomoto, which is a huge brand in Japan.
I got hooked on this ramen too and was sad when it disappeared. But it's back now! At least at Chantilly. Or Sterling? We live in between them and don't always go to the same one. UGH! Now I want this Ramen right now.

The Aldi near me must be the outlier. It was very dirty, the produce was not at all fresh, and the crackers and cheese I bought just tasted off. And I'm not some name brand only, all organic food only, Whole Foods or bust snob.
There is another Aldi opening near me soon so maybe I'll give it another shot.
