This is me. 3/17/17 at 163.2, now 151.6 as of this morning 4/5. Honestly no side effects from the pill at all. Feel great, wish I could stay on if forever. Had my period this week and usually there would be two days it felt like I couldn't eat enough, not this time. It did seem a little bit heavier, but that may be because I'm in my mid-40's and starting to get a little wacky.
Overall clothes are fitter looser, main loss in my stomach & waist (I have an hourglass figure). I had jeans that I could barely zip now require a belt to stay on. My neck & face showed the most change the first week, there was puffiness I hadn't realized was there. I do wish there was more change in my face & arms/upper back. No real change in my breasts, fine with me, I think they are great.
did make the mistake of thinking I could have a cup of regular coffee. Made it about 1/2 through it before heart started racing and eyes went a little loopy. Two or three days a week I do have about 2/3 of a cup of decafe at work.
I work out after dinner for 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week. Nothing extreme. 1-2 miles on elliptical and some machines.
How is everyone doing?
For me, weight loss has slowed down, from last post on 4/5 to 4/24, 145.8. Even had one week where the scale said I gained over a pound (honestly, I have a pretty crappy scale so not sure that was right) I have about 3 weeks left of pills and not sure he would give me both, maybe, maybe just the phen. but not even sure about that. I carry my weight very well so look like I weigh less than I actually do. I'd like to get to 125/130.
Are you taking phen or phen + pro?
Dr Anchors' research shows that phen stops working gradually over time, but adding the SSRI to the phen– hence the pro for Prozac – extends phen's appetite suppressing qualities for a while. I don't remember for how long. But I've been taking it for about five weeks and it's still working great.

I have had no side effects and the combo is very effective in suppressing my appetite. I've been focused on building better eating habits and walking every day.

There are several different drug companies who make phentermine. I find some work better than others. What is the imprint on your pill? Also, does the dr give you the pills or do you take a prescription to a pharmacy?
It is not the generic, white with blue specks, oblong shaped. The Prozac is a generic, green & yellow capsule. He gives the pills to you in the office.

I'm shocked he is giving Adipex. How much is the office visit? And that includes both meds for a month?
About 10 years ago, I had insurance that actually paid for phen. One month I opted to pay $20 instead of $10 to see how it worked and it did not work better than the generic they were giving me then. I just got a prescription filled at Giant yesterday and the pills are marked differently (LCI 1445) than the ones I got 3 months ago, and I'm worried it's not going to be as effective. I went to Giant over Safeway specifically to get a certain generic and it didn't happen.
Btw, I used GoodRx yesterday and got 90 phen for $18.26 at Giant.
