Well, we call it a cabin. It is 4 bedrooms, 3000 sq feet. Hardwoods which is a PIA to clean with sand everywhere.

Different poster here. We have to hire a cleaner every time someone stays there, because the house miraculously does not clean itself; and no one will clean to the specs of the next renter - unless it is a proper cleaning company.
