A plate of shredded mozzarella with pepperoni on top, microwaved. Friend of mine doing Atkins in college turned me onto it.

DH is probably the least healthy eater in the world (and thin, too, grrr) so there's a high bar around here to junk food secret, but that one's mine.

My dad is like that, he will eat good and plenty's, candy corn, on purpose, not because they are the last candies in the trick or treat bag
