That's true for Joan, but I don't think its true for Peggy. She has her accounts, she has her office - remember they "employed" her as a senior creative.

I loved Sal. Unfortunately, the 1960s Don couldn't handle it. We'd be foolish to think he'd be okay with it.

I loved this episode. The last few barely held my interest, but it seemed like the writers got back into the classic Mad Men vibe with this one. Roger playing the organ while Peggy skated through the empty office (drunk) was fantastic. And I laughed out loud when Peggy dropped her coffee, looked around for some way to clean it up, and then just shrugged and walked away. At the end when she was walking down the hall to her new office like a badass wearing sunglasses with a cigarette in her mouth and the pornographic artwork under her arm just made my day.
I wish Joan had carried through with her threats. Fingers crossed that she'll exact revenge.
Highlights from next episode look very intriguing with whatever shady stuff seems to be going on with Pete.
