Berries go bad very quickly, in general. It doesn't matter if I buy them from TJs, Giant, Harris Teeter, Safeway, or Wegmans - the berries always go bad quickly.
I've never really had issues with other produce at TJs. They're my main grocery store, and I cook regularly. Occasionally I might get something bad, but that's par the course for anywhere.
For whatever reason I think it varies by location. I, too, have noticed that lots of TJ's produce goes bad very quickly, far faster than it does from Safeway or Whole Foods (my regular haunts). Not all of it - but berries and other fruit, lettuce - I get about a day.
