I'm not in one of the racial groups being trashed here, so it doesn't affect me personally. I just find it appalling as an impartial observer. Nothing wrong with having or talking about having a type. But some of the comments go a bit overboard trashing certain racial or ethnic groups.

I have a real thing for Middle Eastern men, which I find borderline bizarre.

I am as WASPY as they come and have only dated other WASP guys but damn- something about Middle Eastern men (appearance wise) is just hot to me! Now, their gender politics- hell to the no! But if I found one that was a feminist, I would be all about it.
