OP, I mean this kindly. You don't sound like you have the best history of making wise decisions. I don't mean to be mean, my dear. But I think you better talk to a lawyer pronto and put your love life on hold. In fact I would NOT date at all until you are sure of your marital situation. You don't want adultery being held against you in court.
