Corn does not pollinate well with so few plants. You will not get much production if any from that planting.

Not tacky at all. Not efficient, but not tacky. Corn needs space and cross pollination, most front yards are simply not big enough to make it worthwhile.
Trust me! I've tried it in my Bethesda front yard!

No it's not tacky! A green chemical lawn belong in the days of sun beds. Corn is a gorgeous plant. I am going to plant three sisters in my front yard this summer! I'm sure some old school neighbors will be annoyed until I give them some free produce. Tacky is white pvc fence and plastic lawn furniture. All plants enchnce a property if cared for.
