My advice, not that you asked, is to get aggressive on saving now. No child and $200K income? You should be able to save $100,000 a year. Do it now before kids mess your plans up.
Taxes will eat up a huge amount, no way you can save 100k unless you are living like a graduate student. And maybe they don't want kids.

HHI ~320K, but it has jumped up a lot recently. One kid. At this point we're saving ~120K a year.
