You mean 3 hour school day. There’s already an early release scheduled for tomorrow. If they do a 2 hour delay, that’d be 4 hours off total.
They’ll cancel the early release. Reid does this kind of thing.

Right now, it doesn't look like we will have significant impact. The GFS gave us a lot of snow, but the Euro said zero, keeping it out to sea, and giving the majority of the snow to the beaches (and the fishes). Euro is the better model, so I'm inclined towards believing that this is not going to impact us.
