I can’t for the life of me find anyone charged for this. Anyone been able to locate a case?

My next door neighbor let his friends use his address to send their kids to Churchill, Cooper, and Langley for the past eight year. No, FCPS never checks once in eight years.

No, they do not need to enrolled in an AP course. They only need to express that they do not want the IB courses.

Langley is well under capacity.
