Have you ever been to a sporting event? Not uncommon for participants or spectators to require medical attention at times. Was there a basketball game at the time? Seems more likely than a drug overdose at 7pm on a weeknight on school grounds
Also not uncommon to require an ambulance when someone is assaulted.
