Israel is desperately trying to get US to join military campaign against Iran but the US has declined, at least openly.

Israel asked US President Donald Trump’s administration to join its attack against the Islamic Republic’s nuclear and military sites, two Israeli officials told the news site.

Unfortunately, the same powers that wanted American troops to be sacrificed in Iraq also want them to be sacrificed for Iran.

Like it would have been better to leave Saddam in Kuwait, until he decided to venture further afield? That would have been such a good idea.

Whatever it is, it is not our problem
Regime change will leave a power vacuum and will not result in a democratically elected president friendly to the US or Israel.

Most likely other Arab nations will also be drawn into the conflict.

There's no gamble. The Iranian people in general don't support the authoritarian theocratic government they have now, so any replacement is more likely to resemble something more democratic and tolerant. The surrounding Arab states for the most part want nothing to do with excessive religious extremism which can destabilize their own governments, so they're certainly not going to weigh in on the side of Iran. They've been on the sidelines throughout the Israeli Palestinian conflict for good reason - they learned that engaging militarily against Israel inevitably ended badly. Further, they discover that if they leave Israel alone in peace, Israel in turn leaves them along in peace - what a shocker!

Our clown in chief’s weakness is going to get us involved in a terrible war. The only way to get to Iran’s nuclear facilities is with a tactical nuke of your own. If he authorizes that I sincerely hope that some adults step into the room and explain to everyone that playtime is over.

Israel killed a lot more people in the King David hotel bombing than Iran has in its entire history per your list. Iran also seems to go after its dissidents. Israel doesn't care if you're Israeli, Palestinian, Iranian, British, American, Syrian, etc..
