Gaslighting: Trump signing a memo (EO) suggesting raising the salaries of police officers.
Gaslighting would be posting police officers are for Democrats because of a bill they introduced to increase pay. Police don't support Democrats. Even after J6 they still don't support Democrats. That's how out of favor Democrats are.

Happy for your kids but they are Gen Z, which surely has their own issues, but OP is talking about Gen Alpha, who face more uncertainty at this point.
The oldest in that cohort would be around 15. I think a majority will be okay if they weren't part of the Covid lockdowns. The children of liberal parents were held back from normal life longer than the children of conservatives so there may be a discernable difference between the mental health of those particular groups of children.

The children of parents that live their lives without pent up aggression and the need to "resist" everything are generally happier.
Your children pick up on your paranoia and stress. They internalize it.
um, no. Realizing that Trump is trying to actively destroy this country is not paranoia. I think you just need to wake up.

The Cold War, AIDS crisis, 9/11... different problems, same fear. i'm teaching my kids to be tough but kind. to fight for what matters. the world needs more good people, not fewer. don't give up. Just raise them to be better than we were.

Lol. Justifying selfish behavior I see.
I think it’s selfish to bring kids INTO this sort of environment. If you disagree…wow.
You’re kidding, right? We act like the sky is falling but people have been having children since the beginning of time in far worse conditions. I think we’ve become way too soft as a society because we haven’t had to live through hard times.

I guess masks and online learning are much worse than authoritarian governments and collapsing ecosystems?
Don’t forget, their kids will be absolutely traumatized by drag queen library story times (that they don’t even have to attend) or learning about diversity in school. They melt down over “all our welcome” signs, but the left is the side full of snowflakes.
When the sign, “all our welcome” (as you put it) was put into policy under Biden as: “all are welcome,” your party welcomed in Tren de Aragua and MS13 killers, drug smugglers, and sex-traffickers.
“Inclusion” of those criminals in your “all are welcome!” policy is why we support President Trump and we oppose your practice of DEI.
The worst part of the above is that you don’t even know how insane you sound.
My god, I hope that when this is all over we can work on our maga mental health crisis.
