You are forgetting all of the visitors from the south. That is more millions of tourists staying home. In particular, lost revenue from the World Cup. Many will see this happen to young white women from Europe and the latinos won't want to risk it. They'll go to Canada or Mexico and dump their tourist money.

I cannot fathom that FIFA would keep games in the US. Not worth it given the climate. And if I were not American, I would not come to the US to watch. Not worth the risk.
