The government trying to fire people’s lawyers in cases/matters they have against the government presents massive due process issues. Was this a feature of the Paul Weiss EO? It’s really the law firm corporate clients that need to be getting on board with resisting this.
Yes it was the same stuff with Paul Weiss: supporting Mueller investigation, pro bono activities he didn't like yadda yadda.
