Yes, it's really mostly a subsidy for the US farmers. And if you think they don't care about that money, well, they do and this will not happen without political repercussions.

I mean, if we are good will hunting obviously 9/11 and hundreds of attacks happen on us all the time around the world…so that is not a benefit.
