Give us one example of Trump pardoning someone who had not already done their time.
Name one person he pardoned preemptively.
Flynn, Bannon, Brody, Goldsteyn, Kurson, Selia, among many others.
Again, nope. Those weren’t preemptive.
Oh really? What was Flynn’s sentence?
Flynn had pleaded guilty and was cooperating. Biden is suggesting that he can pardon someone who hasn’t even been charged, something the courts have never addressed or upheld. Get it now?

If you think uproars over pardon started with Trump you are woefully uneducated.
Yea but since Trump and Biden have been our worst two presidents ever, additional scrutiny is warranted.

It's clear that Fauci lied and hid information about COVID, including the origin of COVID, to cover any roles that the NIH may have had through possibly indirectly funding the research at WIV and not monitoring it properly. He probably told himself it was in the name of good and health and safety and scientific research, but he still went out of his way to distort knowledge around COVID, the Wuhan lab and he also made up stuff like six feet apart that the country willfully followed for years. Which affected hundreds of millions of people. I don't doubt with the right DOJ he could have been prosecuted and found guilty, after all, the pardons do confirm he broke laws that can be prosecuted.
The irony perhaps is that these pardons only confirm what all the Republican *majority* voters believe about Washington and only made any Democratic recovery much more difficult. I don't think this is the end of the chapter. I would not be surprised if there's a way around these pardons.
Do you have a TBI, or did your mom drink when she was pregnant? It’s gotta be one or the other.

Not sure where you’re getting that from. It was a stupid move by Biden for several reasons and it’s going to come back to bite the Democrats one way or another.
oh right….just like how Trump pardoned Paul manafort, roger stone and charles kushner.
Manafort had already been released from prison after completing his sentence. Same with Kushner.
Stone had his jail time commuted.
According to democrats Fauci has done nothing wrong, so why the pardon?
I guess you aren’t paying attention. Trump’s revenge tour.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Nipping Trump’s inevitable harassment investigations in the bud. Good job, Joe.
Nothing stopping the DOJ from still investigating and subpoenaing them to testify. They just can’t be prosecuted.
