Apologies, I feel like I'm standing up to a bully. They have been doing this for months without pushback. Yes, it is repetitive. Every post the poster made to me, they would have been made in some other thread stating basically stating the same thing, so at least I'm keeping it in one unfortunate thread. The back-and-forth revealed this poster as someone closely associated with old Metro United, possibly an ex-coach, bitter about ASA's takeover the club several years ago. I would actually like to hear more about that from someone who was there, but the poster won't offer any substance.
Anonymous wrote:Unsupported? How? It's purely factual. Please go get your facts, and don't look like a fool. EVERYONE knows about these issues. You are blind to them by your own choice. You should be quiet. I hear parents are getting upset. But if you want, I can keep dropping some knowledge to your undecorated soccer mind, no problem at all.

You might want to spend a little bit of that blessing on yourself. Sometimes jobs don't work out, but instead of learning/moving on, your reaction is to spend all day on a forum hurling insult. Sad.
Stop with the gaslighting. YOU are the one insulting people. I have not insulted anyone. Truth is truth and sometimes truth are hard.
The girls who were good enough to play ECNL or GA went and did it. The ones who weren't good enough or not bold enough to try should not be rewarded because they want to be and, or, their parents want to be. Full stop.
I love this journey for you.

Spell the beans? That's not just a typo, but a cross between "spell it out" and "spill the beans." Are you drunk posting?
If you mean "spell it out," yes, please do. Put some meat on it. If you mean "spill the beans," then yes, definitely yes!!
Anonymous wrote:All the female talent has already left for better competition in neighboring clubs for GA or ECNL clubs, so ASA can't offer anything. Lastly, the boys' side has been struggling for the past few years; the fact you don't see it shows that you are either ASA staff or a heavily involved dad who maneuvered your kiddo's way in through the back door, hence the super defensive stance.
Is this "spelling the beans"? Disappointing. This is a just a retread of the your prior, unsupported insults.

Anonymous wrote:Lol "previous poster." Do all these posters have the same insult-driven style? The narrative is that you initiated a pejorative comparison to rec REPEATEDLY in this thread.
Anonymous wrote:The girls program is less than great and boys are really struggling last I heard. Very unlikely Asa can get even close to GA, much less ECNL. My two cents.
Lol, this is such your style. You literally cannot sign off without one. So unpersuasive too. You may or may not be aware of one or two teams having performance in some such and such color and in your simple-minded nature, you think you can impute it to the entire club in "revenge" for being forced to leave. If you really believe the rec program is so great, then how could the travel programs based on that foundation be struggling? Because some travel team you follow lost 3-1 recently? You should put up or shut up.

Anonymous wrote:They won't, and yes, the club is great for rec. The rec program is well funded.

Different users right...
