Exactly when an SJC parent comes to chat with the AD or Admin about why their DD isn't getting the playing time they think she may deserve, she will hear it. These parents have much more influence in the HS ranks than in college.
Why would anyone talk to the AD about playing time? Why not talk to the person that controls that? The coach.

I assume Good Counsel is the prohibitive favorite to repeat with 9 seniors committed to play in college. SJC lost a big class in 2024, but has a new coach. Where are BI and PVI headed this year after some players moved in/out?
Only 8 (one transferred last year). The goalie is a backup. So down to 7. An ACL (great player, but not sure if she'll risk playing this spring), so 6 regular contributors. Makes things a bit tighter in the conference, so maybe they'll only win a couple of in conference games by 5 or 6
Really, only 5 of them are regular contributors - 2 of the 2025 commits are goalies, 1 of the defenders rarely plays. I'd be shocked if the player recovering from an ACL tear doesn't play if healthy. If you count her out, that is 4. 4 other starters are 26s, goalie is a 27. Just have to replace 2 senior starters.
GC should win the conference championship again. St. John’s lost a lot of contributors. I understand the new coach is very good but I have been told they still have a culture issue with some of the girls being nasty to their teammates. It will take the new coach a few years to develop on new culture there.
BI will make a strong comeback next year and finishing #2.
SJC new coach has lost everywhere she has been a head coach at. She had a lot of success as an assistant at programs that would have won with or without her.
I smell fear …
So the rest of the WCAC should be scared of a coach who has NEVER won at any program where she was head coach?
This is pretty funny. You looked up William and Mary's record in the teens before 7:00 am and then posted your all caps burn? Strong.
There is no relevant comparison between the two situations. Please do let us know when you take over the high-academic program in the CAA and coach .800 ball.
I don’t think anyone believes .800 would be obtainable at W&M .500 would have been decent but overall in her time at W&M she managed a measly .300 total win pct and a measly .117 in the CAA
“Over her career, the Tribe was 29-67 overall and 4-30 in CAA play under Fratzke.”
What kind of character doubles down on this? Remind us, what was your record coaching D1? At a high-academic school in a non-academic conference? Playing Maryland, Virginia, JMU out of conference? We can wait for your "measly" response. And again, there is no analogy between the situations.
Frankly, she doesn't need any defending; her reputation as a player, coach, and person is outstanding, but your clownish analysis does merit a response.
So because it’s high academic that is an excuse for not winning? Those high academic Ivies because seemed to found some coaches that have figured out how to win. In the final rankings last season the ivies had 3 teams in the top 20, Yale at #5, Penn at #6 & Princeton #15. She may be a very nice person and good for the girls but the facts are what they are and her head coaching record is what it is.
