Why does it bother you so much that he might be praying?
Why are you so deluded that you think he WOULD be praying for real?
Why does it bother you that I believe he was praying for real?
I don't care what you believe since you are an anonymous stranger. But I am bothered by the mass delusion that has overcome the religious members of MAGA who seem to sincerely believe that Trump is a godly man when, in word and deed, he is the antithesis of one.
By contrast, MAGA vilifies Biden, a guy who routinely goes to mass every week and has been doing so for decades. They also make cracks about Jimmy Carter (those that still remember him), who is a devout Evangelical and "has taught Sunday school at Maranatha Baptist Church in his hometown of Plains, Georgia, since the 1980s." Why do Republicans tend to think that their presidents are religious but not Democrat ones? Partisan groupthink, that's why:
"Even among Biden’s fellow Catholics, partisanship permeates views of Biden’s religion. Nine-in-ten Democratic and Democratic-leaning Catholics say they think Biden is at least somewhat religious, including half who say he is “very” religious. Among Republican and Republican-leaning Catholics, by contrast, a 56% majority say Biden is “not too” or “not at all” religious. And while eight-in-ten Catholic Democrats say they think Biden discusses his faith “about the right amount,” barely half as many Catholic Republicans say the same (42%)."

So, MAGA Republicans have “mass delusion” because they don’t think what you think? Maybe they see Trump in a very different light. Maybe they are aware of all of the kind and generous things that he has done for other people throughout his life.
Personally, I don’t have any opinions about anyone’s faith or religiosity. I can’t know what’s in someone else’s heart. I don’t think you can either.
Please cite some examples of the bolded. I think we would all love to learn about these instances of kindness and generosity.
I highly doubt that you would love to learn about some of these, but here you go…

Check those dates. 1988!?!?! Come on.
There are plenty of newer ones. Come on. I just picked a website. I thought you would like.
Anything about Biden doing anything nice for anyone at all ever?

Trump was asked to name "one or two of your most favorite Bible verses" during an interview on Bloomberg's television show "With All Due Respect" Wednesday. He wouldn't answer the question.
"I wouldn't want to get into it because to me that's very personal. You know, when I talk about the Bible, it's very personal, so I don't want to get into verses," Trump said, adding, "The Bible means a lot to me, but I don't want to get into specifics."
Later in the interview, host John Heilemann asked Trump if he was "an Old Testament guy or a New Testament guy."
"Probably equal," Trump said.
There's a YouTube video embedded in the link if you want to watch the exchange.

My 5 year-old lies more convincingly than Trump lol

How many times has Trump been to church since January 2021?
I can't think of a single time the press has shown him at church aside from that weird "this is a bible" moment by St. Johns.
They routinely used to show the Clintons walking to that same church on Sundays. There are photos of the Obama family there as well. We've definitely seen the Bidens at their church, too.

Ha! I love how Sean is trying to argue that the Republicans are better for workers or union rights. What a joke!
He's doing a great job and the accent reminds me of home.
Well, Sen. Ron Johnson’s accent reminds me of home, but everything he says is idiotic. Your point?
I’m the PP. Loved the speech and the fact the Teamsters have gone off Dems.
Yeah, that will work out really well for them! I guess Bahhstan Sean never heard of Right to Work.
You’re making fun of a Boston accent? Well your hero has a strong Queens accent. I guess you haven’t noticed?
Who has a Queens accent? BTW, you are probably the type of person who ridicules people with Southern and Midwestern accents, but criticize Bahhstan, Gaawd Foabid!
Trump is from Queens and has a strong "Noo Yawhk" accent. Had you not noticed? I wasn't making fun of anyone's accent (I have no problem with regional accents--they can be very colorful), I was just trying to point out that it's hypocritical to make fun of one person's accent when the leader of the GOP has a very strong regional accent himself.
OK, but Trump is not my hero. I am
a Democrat, and I think it’s gross that the Teamsters got billions from Biden, and Sean O’Brien is grandstanding at the RNC.
