The Guardian (yeah, I know) is reporting that a neurologist who is an expert in Parkinson's Disease has been in contact with the White House. Looks like Biden has sun downer's associated with Parkinson's. He also has the stiff gate and lack of affect. He was better in the Stephanopoulous interview but still had that lack of facial movement and unblinking stare.

Yes. Weird times. I cannot imagine any scenario under the circumstances that doesn't end with Trump becoming president. That became clear ten minutes into their debate. What fake charges? How do fake charges work when they originate from investigations and get support from both Grand Juries and Juries?

Black men are seeing their brothers and sisters being released from prison after bogus marijuana charges that disproprotionately impacted the african-american community.

Black men and women also see Project 2025 for what it is.

Black men and women also see Dobbs and the elimination of Roe and how that impacts people of color disproportionately as well.

Only the most partisan people see Trump as having been railroaded by justice. Like, I thought the right was for law and order?

OP here. Interesting about the poll BUT not sure it really changes my concern. I’m worried if Biden being up for the campaign and that he has tainted Harris by opening her to charges for covering up his deficits.

He won’t bow out because the MSM just made Biden the underdog with the constant attacks.

If there’s anything to know about Americans it’s that they definitely love to shove a middle finger in the eye of the MSM. The MSM is now saying “you shouldn’t vote for Biden for this 15 reasons” and “when will he finally resign?”

All this does is trigger a Pavlovian response in a huge portion of the electorate to do the opposite of what the MSM is communicating.

It’s because he still can’t win. They need the chaos of Biden dropping out, naming a successor, getting that name on all the ballots, etc. to prevail.

They are desperate. Because demographics have changed such that the “swing voters” aren’t even relevant. All we need to do is get out the vote and they literally cannot win. GA was the canary in the coal mine. They are freaking out.


I will never vote for Trump, but I think you are vastly overconfident about the demographics here. I live in a deep blue state and in the past two weeks I have seen a surge of Trump banners, stickers, etc. in front of houses and on the cars of people who are not remotely in the demographics you seem to believe are locked in for the Democrats. I didn’t even see that in 2016 (and for reference, I knew Trump was going to win in June 2016).

Your hubris is going to be the failure of the Democrats. Do not take people’s votes for granted, particularly the votes of young people who don’t trust the party that has been telling them that Joe Biden is fine.


It’s not hubris to say that the demographic advantage exists and that’s why the Trump trolls aren’t celebrating that Biden is the candidate, but rather trying to push him out. Biden is going to have to prove that he can stay in this and win it, to those young voters especially, and I think he will. That’s said, I don’t think there’s some widespread belief that Biden isn’t just old and had a very bad night, and that there’s some kind of cover-up about a diagnosed condition. I’m just not hearing that.



I'm not sure it's the Trump voters who want Biden out. Die-hard Trumpists are more than happy for Biden to stay in the race. Instead, I think it's coming from self-respecting Americans.

This is not a democratic uprising, and the polling firming up in the last couple of days illustrates the point that Biden is best poised to win in November.
