I know everyone here hates Mindy, but I'm impressed she is wearing her hair short, she usually wears long extensions to these things.
A lot of them either change or remove part of their outfit for the party. Also, there is no sitting.

I like this. I like the truly dramatic and the reveals for Met, it's the place to showcase true artistry. J. Lo looked good, but she also looked like she was headlining in Vegas in a near naked dress we've seen a variation of for 20 years. I like to see the showstoppers! Blake Lively is actually really good at this, was she there?

She's beautiful, but this color works on VERY few. I refer to it as "baby shit green"

I love the dress and cape but think the hair is poorly executed and also obscures the fact that it's her, which is a PR miss.
HOWEVER
Kudos to the photographer for a really wonderfully composed shot, and to Christie for mastering the posing for this dress. All of which makes the hair more frustrating. It could have been perfection with a more sculpted birds nest situation and some accessories up there, plus better makeup so you really see her face. I wonder if something went wrong with the hair on the ride over and it could not be salvaged before she had to walk.

Eh, she's a normie and he's not a fashion guy. They chose to just go formal and look nice -- not everyone needs an attention grabbing looking:

Similar vibe with Seth Meyers and Alexi Ashe -- they just look good, they did not need to go all out with the theme (and potentially make fools of themselves):
Upon scrolling in to get a closer look... check out the lifts on Matt's formal shoes -- it's not quite Robert Downey Jr. but it's a solid Cruise-level lift. I did not realize Damon was sensitive about his height.
