My AART said that AAP notifications will come out today by 11:59PM, alphabetically by school name. So those whose school names start with W (e.g. Waples Mill, Westbriar, Wolftrap, etc..) will wait the longest.

Same. This is not something I talk to my friends about.

We didn't. By the time DC asked at the end of the school year, we had appealed and they had been admitted.

I am expecting to have to appeal for my kid, but maybe a good surprise is in store, we'll see.

Fingers crossed for all of you.

Good luck to you too. I wish posters were more consistently supportive of each other.

Amen to that - good luck everyone!

Only if they follow their own timeline! One presumes the orientations are already planned in the next few weeks (as on the schedule) and it would be hard for them to postpone to next Friday.

Interested in this. Is this something you had to ask for? My kid is level 2 but gets nothing except a packet to do during free time.

Her school is a center so level 2 & 3 kids join the AAP for their specific subjects. I only request a level 2 review.
