Applying from DCPS for high school.
Did not study beforehand.
Composite score in 500’s.
62 percentile.
also dcps test taker. Scores were mostly average. Composite is 69. Ranges are 44-82. Interestingly, the school rankings are 80, 83 and 89. Not sure what that means though…
I’m also unsure what the numbers next to the schools mean. Are those just the numerical codes of which schools you requested they be sent to?
lol! Ok. My bad. So does that score (69) with all in the average and above average categories get us admission or are we out? Eek! We are Catholic and I have a straight A student.

Anonymous wrote:75th percentile- scored very high (upper 90s) in math, but not so great in other sections. Really hoping for Good Counsel or SJC.
Mostly A student, catholic k-8, teachers gave amazing recommendations, did all the open houses and shadow days.
Good luck to everyone

He had taken two practice tests and done well enough. But the results show 4 sections at about the same percentile but reading and math as 12 points below that. Those had been his strongest sections in the practice. I understand that percentile scores are dependent on how others do but the numerical scores were also much lower in these two. He didn't think he got any math questions wrong at all, when he left the test.
No. He could have just had an off day.
I guess he had an ON day in the other subjects then.
