I have three monitors. I'm very good at facing the camera that shows me from motionless the neck up while I am doing other work or reading a random website while Teams is on in the background somewhere.

I get that people occasionally need to go off camera, but if you are teleworking I think it is unprofessional not to turn on your camera.
