It’s not short sighted. Trump, Rubio and cronies just want to kill most foreign aid. Sorry to kids who were getting dewormed and access to clean water…the American people don’t care if you die.

It was implemented by Monday. Remember, the stop work order was issue at the end of work day on Friday, and leadership took all weekend to figure out what the hell is happening and how it affects the company.
