Well DCSC is a non-profit -- not that you can't make money from that, but the end of the day there are limits on what can happen and there's a 990 to go read if you have doubts.

Paragon is just a business that makes money off children. Gross.

It really is getting quite personal and toxic now. There are screenshots of messages between departing and remaining coaches being shared on team group chats, including some very unpleasant insults. Nobody is coming off positive here.

Yeah this is not cool. I get emailing people you directly coach, so they know where you’re going. But I somehow got the email and my kid hasn’t played for dc soccer for years.

What is your definition of good?

2014 blue is good, like top 5-10 in the DMV IMHO.

2014 red is a big drop off compared to the drop off at Coppermine, Armour, Bethesda, etc for their second teams.

I was not impressed with the coaching I saw on red but you may only want rec+ and it is sufficient for that.

Um, because that’s how data ownership works. If you leave a company, you don’t get to take their data (customer lists, contact info, etc.) with you.
