Just a morass of bottom feeding losers voters now are fine with. This country is rapidly devolving into a 3rd world S hole.

Oh please, Fetterman is the biggest offender in Congress and is the one pushing for rules to allow him to look like a bum:

Democrats are literally turning Congress into Idiocracy.
Honey did you think the idiots in Idiocracy were stupid because of their clothes? Like you watched that movie and felt that the clothes and not the stupid was the cause of the Idiocracy? Because you’ve missed the point pretty hard.
No, but idiots do overwhelmingly dress like Fetterman. Go to your local trailer park.
Dressing appropriately shoes you have a mindset that demonstrates some basic level of discipline.
Y'all got mad about tan suits and sleevelss dresses. Sorry not falling for it again.

I just can't take any of them seriously and I'm really sad and disheartened that this is how they spend their time...... About having to dress appropriately to go to work. Work that they are getting paid to do even though the government will be shutting down...... I guess we could say they can wear gym shorts during the government shutdown while they're sitting in their homes getting paid..... But when they're at the chamber they need to be dressed appropriately

You’d really send a clown like that to represent the United States if he ever had to meet counterparts abroad? Just an absolute decline of civilization in the United States. It’s sad and pathetic we really have to demand more from our leaders to wear trailer park trash outfits consisting of hoodies and gym shorts at work.
Anonymous wrote:I think it's hysterical that the same people who showed Hunter Biden's penis on the floor of the House are getting all verklempt at Fetterman wearing a hoodie.

Democrats are literally turning Congress into Idiocracy.
Imagine caring at all what people wear in Congress as if it affects their ability to do their jobs in any way whatsoever.
Oh please. Why have any standards at all. Doctors should just roll into meeting their patients with basketball jersies and sandals. Let's just keep degrading our standards and let people do whatever they want rather than demand more of our representatives of our country and holding them to higher standards with their appearance. How about military personnel wear whatever they want next. Wearing a uniform vs basketball shorts shouldn't matter for pulling a gun trigger too.
You are a slovenly, lazy bum.
Please explain to me how wearing a basketball jersey and sandals will affect a doctor's ability to do their job.
The military has specific clothing because it provides a measurable benefit (you know, the whole "camouflage" thing...) but there is absolutely no performance benefit given to a Senator by wearing a suit.
Please explain why we need any clothes at all. Maybe we should all work nude! Being nude shouldn’t impact a senator or a doctor too either, right?
If they want to work nude they should be able to. There's nothing inherently bad, wrong, or sexual about nudity - we're all born nude and uncaring, it's literally as natural as it gets. The only reason people like you get upset about nudity is because of the societal influence of religion, which has zero basis in fact or reality and is completely invalid.
People could and should hang dong and jam clam all they want in the Senate chambers as far as I'm concerned.

In his defense, it's not that easy or affordable to shop for dress suits when you're 6'8 and built like Shrek. And unlike most of his other Senate counterparts he's not a multimillionaire who can afford closets full of custom tailored famous label suits.
Oh cry me a river. Dude now makes almost $180,000 or whatever. He can afford 2-3 suit jackets, some pants, and some shirts.
But that's not how he dresses. It's not how he dressed on the campaign trail, when the people of Pennsylvania voted him into office, either. This isn't some bait and switch - this is who he is.
I don't give a crap how he dressed on the campaign trail. He wasn't an elected official with a JOB on Capitol Hill representing the country. You cannot do whatever you feel like at your job. There are standards for conduct and personal appearance. The fact that Schumer is lowering the standards for clowns like Fettermans is absolutely pathetic.
You think Fettermans is the first progressive and champion of the working class man ever elected into office? Oh please. Bernie wears suits. Even super progressives and white knights for the middle class like Estes Kefauver went to work in a suit and not jeans and a flannel shirt.
This is a pathetic decline in the standards for civility and personal conduct in the United States.
I guess Fetterman and Bernie are different people even if they share some values. Weird!
This seems a weird place to hang your hat on the decline of civility and personal conduct. See you on the Rep. Boobsallout thread.
Boobsallout wasn't at work, dimwit. I don't give a crap if senators have sex with donkeys outside of work.
I know your rotted out lib brain cannot comprehend the difference between conduct and appearance DURING work in the actual chambers vs conduct off the clock outside of the job.
