Tell me you've never known Asian/Hispanic men without telling me you've never known Asian/Hispanic men.
I've never known a 5'3" Hispanic or Asian man who weighed 300 pounds, most work too hard.
This song writer is definitely talking about white women and black women, as someone who is a white woman from "south of Richmond" approximately 5'3" and 300 pines describes about half my hometown female friends.
It's amazing what low income, bad food choices, and stress eating will to you.

How many of his ardent fans absolutely hated Michelle Obama’s efforts to make school lunches healthier? Bloomberg’s suggestion to tax sodas?

If he wasn’t just another blathering misogynist I’d say maybe he’s onto something but he’s seriously complaining about the food insecure in 2023 and that’s about as “punching down” as I can imagine. The people who are getting food stamps aren’t rich. They also use the drugs he’s worried about at lower rates than the rest of the American public. Hating the poor to feel better about yourself isn’t interesting to me.

He doesn’t say “we should change our food stamps policy to encourage healthier food the way we do with WIC”
He says if you’re obese and a size that mostly refers to women— taxpayers shouldn’t pay. If you’re skinny and male fudge rounds for everyone right?

Apparently they are taker states, because the red states still take more in taxes than they provide. Someone should look into that if the south now has a higher GDP, people need to be paying more in federal taxes from the south.

Actually we ship our atrophied there. Caring for our retirees is Florida's biggest industry.

No, it has a larger GDP than the Northeast. That excludes so much of the Northern economy, and it includes places like Northern Virginia, the very place this guy is singing about. The Rich Men North of Richmond fuel the VA economy.
The south now has the largest GDP of any region. In fact, just 5 southern states alone outperform all other regions.

Anyone with access to a blue/red state map can quickly see how laughable this is. There aren't enough blue states in the south for this to be possible. You need to stop lying to try to win arguments because it sounds ridiculous.
The five richest southern states by total (not per capita GDP) are Texas, Florida, Georgia, Virginia and North Carolina. Virginia and Georgia are purple at best. Most of the GDP is made in the blue parts of them.
This is a battle between the have and have nots...not sure it's specifically D vs. R
If the song is meant to be a political song, then the guy is a moron because wealthy people will always side with their money/security over party affiliation.
