I love holy moly. I thought it was just nonsensical rhyming but I recently learned that moly is a mythical magical plant.

I like holy moly much more than holy cow, which seems somehow offensive to Hindu people.

When I get suddenly angry, I will say "Oh Fuddy Duddy". Hearing myself say this then makes me smile, and deflects some of the anger.

Festering cesspool!!

My ES kid was taught that to counter her school bullies by a family member. They did not understand it but they felt inferior and ridiculed. Even the teachers laughed.
