It means the kinds of parents who drag their kids to these events are just doing it so they can post about it on social media to show people how progressive they are. Same at drag queen story hour. As if kids really want a dude in a dress reading them a corny ass book in a corny ass indie book store. It aint for the kids.

Anonymous wrote:Just got back from Pride with my kids. It was very tame, but VERY crowded. Lots of give aways which were super cute. A few people were dressed a bit over the top, but mostly it was very family friendly. There was a wonderful drag show/dance that my kids loved.
Highly recommend as family activity next year.
