Doing what? Working where?

Real estate development would be my guess

The city is moving into a crunch time where service delivery is becoming increasingly important and she has completely eroded capacity to deliver those services, except oddly for bike lanes.

She either needs to apply the same zeal for bike lanes to other services or she needs to go.

There has been zero serious bike lane expansion in DC in probably six years but continue with your pathetic and ignorant boogeyman.

9th street downtown lost a lane for bikes just last year. Made the commute to the tunnel that much worse.

The fact that no one would actually hire her is part of the problem as to why she is not going anywhere. DC leaders should focus their lobbying efforts on getting her a job in a second Biden term to save the city.

I think she will have plenty of job prospects after she leaves office.

The Biden Admin won’t hire her except perhaps in some tertiary backwater job where she can do little damage because it’s unimportant and has no authority.

So she’d be replacing Kamala?

NP, during covid bike lanes were added downtown on G street and 20th street. That's certainly less than six years ago.

He was my favorite mayor.

He was out and about, cheerful, funny, wonky, dedicated, and jumped in pools in his suit on the first day of summer. And he revitalized the dead zone that was downtown..I remember being at a meeting with him that an insane ACORN housing type group stormed and he handled it politely. Miss that guy.

This is spot on.
