Oatmeal with 7 g added sugar plus blueberries, pecans, and a glass of milk.
Apple with pb for snack
Leftover chicken/vegetable soup for lunch and a cheese stick
The Thin Mints have been calling me, but I've avoided them and am saving them for after dinner, which appears to be bean tacos.
I think I might be losing weight again. Ugh. It's true, everyone, we have to replace these sugary foods with calories or we are going to lose weight. I have a 20.7 BMI and am not trying to lose weight. Let's share low-sugar snack ideas:
popcorn
fruit and yogurt
nuts
????
leftovers.
Hummus and carrots
Carrots and PB (don't be grossed out, it is good!)
Tuna on one of those thin rice cakes with cheese on top
hardboiled eggs
Not that I'd mind losing a couple of pounds![]()
Cottage cheese is another great snack - even better with some fruit. Cheese sticks. Charcuterie, if you like that.
I also wouldn’t mind losing weight; I don’t need to, but I also don’t need to worry about replacing these sugar calories.
OP, I’m the granola poster from yesterday (two days ago?) - swapped that out for cherries and toasted sliced almonds in my yogurt! No added sugar and just as tasty. Very happy with that.
NP. Cottage cheese with some cucumbers, red bell pepper, grape tomatoes and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds is a really tasty snack and gets some veggies in.

Anonymous wrote:OP final day accounting. Had a quick jog and totaled 19 g added sugar. 5 g in oatmeal, 5 g in hot chocolate and 9 g in 4 thin mints for dessert.
Hoping I will kick this cold soon and get back to my exercise routine.
