People are losing confidence that documents are handled properly, and these things inflame one side or the other. The politicians seem so casual in handling these docs.
Please show where the Biden archive was causal in handling these documents before you go bOtH-sIdInG this.

That said, why on earth does no one know where these documents are at all times???? Isn't someone in charge of 'chain of custody'?
THANK YOU! Chain of custody is spot on. Im feeling more disappointed that more docs were reportedly found per WaPo post 5 minutes ago.
Yes, but they are reporting like 2 pages at a time so it seems melodramatic. We’re taking individual pages not boxes - yet another difference no one has mentioned.
How many pages of classified documents are you okay with being kept at private residences?
Hey it's fine because Biden declassified them with his mind. You were fine with Trump saying shit like that.

No, Biden aides found it.
Time for the FBI to lock down his residences and work places and do a proper search.
From the article:
President Biden’s aides found additional pages of classified information at his Delaware home this week, the White House said on Saturday, bringing the tally to six pages uncovered this week.
The additional pages, a person with direct knowledge of the matter said, were discovered hours after a White House statement on Thursday that cited only one that had turned up in a storage area adjacent to the garage of his Wilmington home. Justice Department employees had gone to retrieve that page, which Mr. Biden’s aides had discovered the night before.
Both houses need to be sealed immediately. Anyone who had access to these houses, including Jim and Hunter, need to have their residences searched too. This a national security breach and the President’s flippant statements on this issue is troubling.
Sure, as soon as we fully lock down and seal every property Trump and his family and associates own, so that a proper search can be conducted, since it's an absolute fact that Trump and his attorneys lied and obstructed and continue to do so.

It’s a problem of his own making.
Trump and Biden should both be investigated in the interest of national security. I have a feeling it’s going to be much harder to prove bad intent on Biden’s part because he doesn’t have the same shady history as Trump and it sounds like he hasn’t obstructed any investigation so far, as Trump appears to have. Clearly, new procedures need to be put into place or existing procedure need to be better enforced to prevent classified documents from ending up in random, unsecured, undocumented locations. We’re all at risk when this happens, regardless of intent, and we can’t rely on officials and the people in their orbits to have only the purest of intent.
You *think* Biden doesn't have a shady history.
You are wrong.

A gentle reminder..... these are documents from when he was VP - not president.

Now, do the number of days the classified materials were held in unsecured locations.
And, how many people had access to the material.
Who had the keys to the office at the Penn Biden center?
Who had access to the keys to the house in Delaware (apparently owned by Hunter)?
Where else were the Biden classified materials held? The Penn Biden center didn't open for over a year after Biden left office.
So you forgive Trump for his classified materials?
That’s a nice deflection. Biden did not have authority to view documents outside a scif. He could have built a scif at his office in DC or at his house in Delaware. Clearly the Corvette shows that he had some coin. And frankly as a former VP, writing a memoir, he could have probably had it paid for by the government. But he didn’t and one of the things regular feds like me are told over and over is that carelessness with classified documents does not absolve us of legal or professional discipline. Stop deflecting with “whataboutism.”
